treasury owned end-to-end
Now own FalconX's Forex charter outright: a $900M treasury, 100+ currency pairs, three new markets. Thinking in multi-year bets, not this quarter's roadmap.
I didn't plan this path. I followed the thing I didn't understand yet. I started as a data scientist at Trell, building a multi-lingual model to predict what content would land, and got restless that the model was the whole job: someone else got to decide what happened next. That restlessness pulled me into Acko as a product analyst, building the automated accounting platform that cut reporting time to under an hour and pushed insurance conversion up ~25%, my first real seat in the room where decisions got made. By CoinDCX, I was making those calls myself: took the company into Bahrain from zero, rebuilt deposit and withdrawal flows to run ~80% faster, and pushed a custody upgrade that mitigated $100M in risk. FalconX is where the scope widened again: 7x forex volume growth, trade latency cut from 26ms to 7ms, AI agents that now save the team 100+ hours a week, and eventually ownership of a $900M treasury across 23 entities and 100+ currency pairs. Fifteen-plus launches in (some quick wins, several multi-quarter platform rebuilds), the pattern hasn't changed since Trell: I get restless the moment I stop learning something new about the product, the market, or the machinery underneath it, AI included.
